Red list classification of fish species occurring in Berlin waters

The indicator represents the Red List classification of the fish species found in Berlin’s water bodies. The fish fauna of Berlin’s waters includes a total of 44 cyclostomes and fish species, of which 36 are native fish species. A total of 35 of the native fish species were assessed (all except the eel). The data comes from a report by the Senate Department for the Environment, Transport and Climate Protection, which was compiled in cooperation with the Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries.
